Hmm.. Elbow sakit!!!!!:(( hahah. Practise was tiring. And the cause of my elbow is cause we gotta do push up for donno how many times and i cant bend my elbow:( tmrw practise i donno how its gonna be.hmm..
After prac me,dhyna and dhidy went to pioneer dome to have our own practise then went to my house and practise again cause dhidy wants to go to the toilet.then they went home around 4 cause dhinah has to go.after eating i sleep cause i thought my elbow will be better but when i woke up to take my shower,it hurts more:(
